Enter your username or member number to reset your password

1. When resetting your password, start by entering either your USERNAME or MEMBER NUMBER.
2. Based on that information, you will be sent a password reset link via your registered email address.
3. To complete the password reset, you will be asked to enter either your USERNAME or MEMBER NUMBER again;
   be sure to use the same value as you did when you initiated the password reset.

If you have forgotten which value you used when you initiated the password reset, please initiate another password reset.

If a RCA administrator initiated your password reset, then you will need to enter your username. Contact RCA if you do not know your username.
